Irma F. Johnson

 

Corporate Secretary, Accounting

Irma Johnson has over thirty years of experience helping run businesses, twelve of which have been in the construction industry. She received a Master of Business Administration in Industrial Management in 1980 and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1974 from the University of Tennessee. She also holds retired/inactive professional certifications as a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, and Certified Information Systems Auditor.

Career

Prior to her reentry into the construction world, she served as the Director of Auditing for Lockheed Martin Energy Systems and BWXT Y-12. In that role, she managed a comprehensive program of annual audit coverage based upon determination of levels of risk in relation to cost, schedule, and level of activity. Her organization engaged in reviews of financial, operational and information systems activities at the companies and at subcontractor locations.

From 1999 to 2008, she served on the Covenant Health Audit Committee.

Role

Irma’s background in Auditing and her attention to detail and accuracy, has been a great asset for Tomorrow’s Builder. As a detail-oriented company, Irma oversees our business activities, as well as providing strong financial controls and risk analysis & preparedness.
